Job summary

Travelers Europe is seeking a Claims Operations assistant to provide transactional and partial claim handling support within a hybrid work setup. You will assist with administrative tasks, invoice approvals, minor adjudication, and vendor coordination.

You will also support MI and analytics, financial control, and validation, helping the Claims teams across multiple locations in Europe to meet service standards.

Qualifications

• General insurance claims knowledge or related support experience.
• Experience with I90, Openbox and Lloyds systems.
• Experience with data entry processes.
• Basic customer relationship skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out administrative tasks and partial claim handling functions (invoice approval, minor adjudication) and vendor activity coordination.
• Assist with MI and analytics, financial control, assessment, monitoring and validation.
• Provide functional resiliency by supporting Claim teams across multiple locations in Europe.
• Meet or exceed service expectations of internal and external customers as agreed by the business.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, partners, customers and agents to achieve goals.
• Communicate knowledge of actions with managers and colleagues to understand impacts on related disciplines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
