Job summary

Travelers is seeking an early-career Claims Operations support professional in London. The role focuses on transactional claim handling, estimates, invoicing, and non-certification tasks within the Claims Europe team.

You will assist with MI, analytics and financial controls, while building relationships across locations. A hybrid working pattern is available, with three days in the office and two at home.

Qualifications

• GCSE level or equivalent educational standard, or related experience.
• Experience in a general insurance claims or claims support role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with I90, Openbox and Lloyds claims systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out administrative tasks and partial claim handling functions.
• Assist with MI and analytics, financial control and validation.
• Support Claim teams across Europe to ensure service standards.
• Maintain relationships with colleagues, partners and customers.
• Communicate actions clearly with the manager and team.
