Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Claims Operations support specialist to assist with transactional and partial claim handling, ensuring adherence to service standards. The role supports multiple locations across Europe with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in-office, 2 days at home).

The ideal candidate will have prior claims or claims-support experience, familiarity with I90, Openbox and Lloyds systems, and strong data-entry and MS Office skills. UK/IE eligibility for professional study is desirable.

Qualifications

• GCSE level or equivalent education or relevant experience in a claims role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Experience in general insurance claims or claims support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out administrative tasks and partial claim handling, including invoice approval and minor adjudication.
• Support MI and analytics, financial control, monitoring and validation.
• Provide resiliency by aiding Claim teams across Europe.
• Meet or exceed service expectations for internal and external customers.
