Job summary

Travelers Canada is hiring an Associate Claim Operations Professional in a hybrid UK role, based in London or Redhill. The role supports transactional and partial claim handling, invoicing, minor adjudication and analytics within the Claims Operations team.

You will work with multiple claim centers across Europe, maintain relationships with partners and customers, and help ensure service standards are met. Some knowledge of Lloyds systems and data entry is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCSE level or equivalent educational standard or relevant experience in a claims or claims support role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience in general insurance claims or financial services support.
• Basic customer relationship skills and clear communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out administrative tasks and partial claim handling including invoice approval and minor adjudication.
• Assist with MI and Analytics, financial control, assessment, monitoring and validation.
• Provide support to Claim teams across locations in Europe.
• Maintain relationships with colleagues, partners and customers to achieve objectives.
• Communicate actions and impact with managers and colleagues.

In this role, you will ensure that all operational activities are delivered in a manner consistent with our internal and external services standards and best practice. Travelers Europe currently offers flexibility to employees who wish to work on a hybrid basis in accordance with our Hybrid Work Arrangements Policy. This entails full time employees working three days a week in the office and two days at home (or pro rata for part-time employees).
