Job summary

Edwards Legal Recruitment LP is representing a central Brighton solicitors’ practice seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor or CILEX to join a small Litigation team on a hybrid basis. You will handle a mix of contentious probate, property disputes and negligence matters for Sussex-based clients.

You will take over an existing caseload and contribute to expanding the department, with a generous salary and hybrid working arrangements. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience handling dispute resolution matters in a litigation setting.
• Experience with will/probate disputes is advantageous.
• Knowledge of TOLATA and property litigation beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Take over an existing caseload in the disputes team.
• Assist in developing and expanding the firm's Litigation department.
• Advise clients on contentious matters including probate, property disputes and negligence.
