Job summary

Edwards Legal in Brighton seeks a Dispute Resolution Solicitor or CILEX to join a growing Litigation team. You’ll handle Contentious Will/Probate disputes, TOLATA, Property Litigation, and Professional Negligence cases for Sussex clients, with hybrid working and a generous salary.

You will take over an existing caseload and help expand the department, contributing to a broader range of disputes and client service.

Qualifications

• Experience handling contentious probate and property disputes.
• Knowledge of TOLATA and professional negligence claims preferred.
• Able to support and expand a litigation department.

Responsibilities

• Take over an existing caseload in the Litigation team.
• Contribute to expanding the department and handling diverse disputes.
• Work with Sussex-based clients and support hybrid working arrangements.
