Job summary

RGB Recruitment seeks a Civil Engineer for a permanent, full-time post in Royal Leamington Spa. The role involves drainage design, highway alignment, ground modelling and infrastructure planning using industry software, with salary £35,000 to £50,000 yearly.

You will work with architects, geotechnical specialists and surveyors on schemes up to £30 million. We offer flexible and hybrid working arrangements, 25 days leave, and salary sacrifice opportunities.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant design standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and delivery of civil engineering schemes from concept to detailed design.
• Design roads, drainage systems, earthworks and associated infrastructure.
• Produce clear, practical and cost-effective engineering solutions meeting client requirements.
