Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering structured change management programmes.
• Strong leadership within matrix organisations to drive collaboration and accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, able to build alliances and negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a change centre of excellence across a growing project portfolio.
• Develop and execute change management plans alongside project teams.
