Job summary

Nationwide Group is seeking a proactive, high-performing Project Manager to join the Change and Delivery team within Workplace, Property and Colleague Enablement. You will lead end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of change initiatives, adapting your approach to manage complexity and drive safe delivery at pace.

You will own delivery plans, governance, reporting, budgets and controls, and proactively manage risks, issues and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of change initiatives from discovery to benefits realisation.
• Own delivery plans, governance, reporting, budgets and financial controls.
• Manage suppliers and third-party partners and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic change roadmaps and quarterly planning cycles.
