BSS Magna Park Office in Lutterworth is seeking a Category Manager for Pumps & Pumping equipment. You will own the customer proposition, drive product strategies, influence trading margins and work with branches and suppliers.

This hybrid role offers engagement across the TP Group brands, with opportunities to negotiate supplier terms, optimise pricing and grow the category. You will collaborate with sales teams to deliver the category plan.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in plumbing/heating or merchanting.
• Data-driven decision making and ability to shape commercial strategy.
• Ability to build credible supplier relationships.
• Experience in fast-paced, matrixed environments with stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Review trading performance and identify opportunities.
• Deliver category pricing and range reviews.
• Define supply base strategy and manage supplier relationships.
• Lead negotiation of supplier trading agreements and input rebate data.
