Job summary

Seymour John Public Services, in partnership with Gloucestershire Managed Services Limited, seeks a PMO & Compliance Manager to lead governance and assurance for a capital programme worth ~£37m per year. You will build a high-performing PMO team and embed controls across estates, healthcare infra and projects.

The role requires evidence of operating in complex capital and estates environments with PRINCE2 MSP/APMQ qualifications and strong stakeholder management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline with recognised project/programme qualifications (PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, APM PMQ or equivalent).
• Clear experience in PMO leadership, governance, assurance, compliance, and capital programme reporting.
• Experience in complex, regulated, stakeholder-rich environments with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Capital Projects PMO and Compliance function across the capital programme.
• Develop and embed governance, assurance, reporting and project control frameworks.
• Act as custodian of programme information management, document control and reporting.
• Lead programme-wide risk, issue, dependency, change, decision, benefits and lessons learned processes.
• Coordinate governance meetings, assurance reviews, gateway reviews and audits.
• Coach Project Managers to adopt consistent methodologies and reporting standards.
