Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking Senior Full Stack Engineers to drive digital transformation across diverse client projects. You will design and implement Java microservices alongside modern front-end work with React, NodeJS, and RESTful services.

In this role you will lead engineering efforts, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and help recruit and mentor colleagues, contributing to Capgemini Invent’s innovative and collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building microservices with Java (Spring Boot).
• Experience with JavaScript/Typescript for front-end apps (React, HTML, CSS).
• Version control with Git, GitHub, GitLab.
• Docker and Docker Compose.
• CI/CD tooling (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins).
• Cloud experience with AWS or Azure.
• Agile team environment and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to diverse digital transformation projects.
• Build cutting-edge digital solutions and ensure business value.
• Mentor junior engineers and help drive the engineering community.
