Job summary

Carrington West is seeking an experienced CAD Technician/Engineer to join the Heathrow project team. You will produce and manage CAD drawings across construction and handover, updating as-built information from site records to reflect on-site works.

The role requires strong AutoCAD skills, civil engineering background, and the ability to interpret site mark-ups. This is a long-term opportunity with a substantial project pipeline through to late 2027, offering hybrid working in

Qualifications

• Strong ability to produce, amend and maintain CAD drawings
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and site mark-ups
• Good collaboration with site engineers and surveyors

Responsibilities

• Produce, amend and maintain CAD drawings throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare accurate as-built drawings from site records and red-line mark-ups
• Produce construction and engineering drawings as required by the site team
• Incorporate survey information and changes made during construction
• Work closely with Site Engineers, Surveyors and other members of the project delivery team
• Maintain drawing accuracy, revision control and associated records
• Assist with drawing packages required for project completion and handover
• Support the team with temporary works and construction-related drawings where required
• Ensure CAD information is produced accurately and within required timescales
