Job summary

Skilled Careers is seeking an experienced Senior Structural CAD Technician in North London. The role is predominantly AutoCAD-based (≈95%), with BIM/Revit not essential, and offers hybrid working with close collaboration to engineers and the design team.

You will produce detailed structural drawings for a varied portfolio, including residential, hotels, refurbishments, offices, and education projects, while applying your technical knowledge to delivery.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a Structural CAD Technician in a UK consultancy.
• Strong AutoCAD skills.
• Good structural detailing knowledge.
• Experience producing structural drawings for construction.
• Independent and able to own your drawings.
• Experience working with structural engineers.
• Good communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed structural drawings across a varied portfolio.
• Work closely with engineers and design team.
