Transoft Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our Technical Support Team in the UK. The role focuses on delivering outstanding technical support and customer service to users of our software solutions.

This is a hybrid position with a requirement to work a minimum of 2 days per week in our Birmingham Office. Candidates should have CAD drafting experience and fluency in German, complemented by strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in engineering, technology, or a related field.
Experience with CAD drafting and proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Civil 3D.
Fluency in written and spoken German is essential.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer support by identifying issues and providing effective solutions.
Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues.
Reproduce and isolate problems in a test environment.
Prepare and modify AutoCAD and MicroStation drawings.
Support QA and Development teams with software testing and issue reporting.
Create technical documentation, issue reports, and best-practice guidance.
Communicate product issues, enhancements, and customer feedback to Product Management and Development teams.
Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to internal and external audiences.
