Transoft Solutions in the UK is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our global Technical Support Team in a hybrid role based in Birmingham. You will deliver outstanding technical assistance to customers and internal teams while helping users get the most from our software solutions.

The ideal candidate has CAD drafting experience, proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroStation and Civil 3D, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in engineering, technology, or related field.
• Experience with CAD drafting and proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Civil 3D.
• Fluency in written and spoken German is essential.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support by identifying issues and providing effective solutions.
• Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues.
• Reproduce and isolate problems in a test environment.
• Prepare and modify AutoCAD and MicroStation drawings.
• Support QA and Development with software testing and issue reporting.
• Create technical documentation, issue reports, and best-practice guidance.
• Communicate product issues, enhancements, and customer feedback to Product Management and Development teams.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to internal and external audiences.
