Job summary

NatWest Group is recruiting a Business Risk Manager for Lending C&I, joining the enterprise risk function in Birmingham. You will partner with the Business Risk Partner and business teams to identify, assess, monitor and report risks across the area, enabling safe growth and customer outcomes.

You will deliver risk insights, governance reporting, and remediation actions, coordinating risk and control assessments and escalation of emerging risks to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing enterprise-wide risk management frameworks.
• Ability to translate policy into day-to-day risk and control activities.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret management information.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time risk insight and governance reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate risk and control assessments and remediation plans across the business.
• Lead risk reporting into key forums and track remediation and actions.
