As a Business Risk Manager, you'll act as a trusted point of contact for the business, providing real-time oversight of the end-to-end risk profile and contributing to the ongoing review of Risk and Control Self-Assessments through proactive monitoring and governance reporting. You'll also deliver intelligent insight through engagement with business leaders and partners across all three lines of defence, helping to ensure effective risk management and informed decision-making. Moreover, you'll analyse risk and control data, including events, issues, and management information, to identify control weaknesses and support the implementation of effective management actions. You'll also coordinate risk and control assessments, risk forums, governance reporting, and remediation plans, while escalating emerging risks and control issues to the Business Risk Partner with recommendations that support safe business growth and good customer outcomes. We're looking for someone with experience and a solid working knowledge of enterprise-wide risk management frameworks, including control design, governance, oversight, data analysis, and risk culture. You should also be able to translate policy and framework requirements into simple day-to-day risk and control activities, enabling business colleagues to manage risk effectively.
