You will lead a team, elevate reporting through AI and automation, and partner with risk owners to translate complex data into clear narratives that inform senior leadership and drive business impact.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and translate risk insights into actions.
• Strong knowledge of Non-Financial Risk and Risk Management Frameworks.
• Expertise in data analytics for risk management.
• Experience with AI-driven automation in risk reporting.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering actionable non-financial risk insights for proactive decision-making.
• Lead a team and elevate risk reporting using AI, ML, and automation.
• Create real-time risk dashboards using Tableau/Power BI/Qlik.
• Collaborate with 1LOD/2LOD/3LOD to align insights with regulatory requirements.
• Translate complex risk information into clear narratives for senior leaders.
