Job summary

NatWest Group in Manchester is seeking a Business Risk Manager for NatWest Markets Public to oversee enterprise-wide risk and reporting. You will partner with the Business Risk Partner and business teams to monitor risk profiles and governance processes.

The role requires strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement to drive safe growth and reliable customer outcomes. Hybrid working and 35 hours per week are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise-wide risk management frameworks including control design and governance.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret management information.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted contact for the business, providing real-time oversight of the end-to-end risk profile and governance reporting.
• Analyse risk data and coordinate risk and control assessments, risk forums, and remediation plans.
• Lead risk reporting into nominated forums and ensure timely closure of actions.
• Oversee risk data in systems of record to provide an up-to-date view for risk partners.
• Identify simple, consistent risk practices and support continuous improvement.
