Job summary
Network Rail Training is seeking a Business Performance Analyst to transform complex training, commercial and operational data into actionable insight. You will partner with colleagues across Training, Finance and Planning to deliver analytical solutions that drive railway performance and investment decisions.
The role requires a proactive analyst capable of building credibility with stakeholders, combining technical capability with commercial awareness to challenge assumptions and deliver
Qualifications
- Level 4 of equivalent qualification in Analysis (incl. Advanced Power BI).
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Research and analysis skills.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business questions into analytical approaches and insights.
- Identify trends and opportunities to support decision-making.
- Forecast future requirements and evaluate performance.
- Develop analytical products and performance measures for decision support.
- Collaborate with Training, Finance and Planning teams to deliver recommendations.
