Network Rail is seeking an enthusiastic Timetable Simulation Analyst to support timetable modelling and performance analysis across the 2040s projects. You will use bespoke modelling tools to deliver insights and recommendations to planners and senior stakeholders, shaping timetable decisions.

The team collaborates across Capacity Planning and interacts with train operators and industry partners. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and a strong focus on data science and simulation

• Experience explaining complex results to varied audiences.

Responsabilités

• Perform detailed performance simulations of timetables.
• Provide analytical support to improve train punctuality and reliability.

• Maintain and improve models and analysis tools used for timetable performance.
