Job summary

Rullion is seeking Senior Business Analysts to support the Bus Franchising Programme across Northern England. This initial 9-month engagement is hybrid, with on-site attendance once or twice per month.

You will gather and document requirements, map processes, design future-state operating models and ensure business needs translate into effective solutions for fares, network, customer experience and data reporting. Public sector or transport experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering business analysis across complex technology or transformation programmes.
• Strong requirements management and process design skills.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement; public sector or transport experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements across workstreams.
• Map and design future-state processes and operating models.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and procurement support.
• Engage suppliers and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure operational readiness for go-live.
