Job summary

Accenture is seeking technically oriented Business Analysts in Newcastle to join our expanding Analysis community. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into deliverable requirements and designs, guiding solutions from discovery to launch.

You will collaborate with product, UX/UI, developers, testers and live services, applying agile practices and contributing to backlog refinement to keep work aligned with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational business analysis skills across the delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to elicit, document, validate requirements and manage the backlog.
• Experience turning business needs into clear, structured requirements and user stories.
• Proficient with UML/BPMN for process modelling and impacts analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support discovery activities by defining problems and evaluating feasibility and risks.
• Apply BA tools to assess processes and define fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and validate them.
• Produce artefacts: functional/non-functional requirements, process flows, data needs.
