Job summary

Anson Mccade is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our Newcastle software delivery team in a hybrid setup. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, translating needs into clear requirements and ensuring solutions meet user and business goals.

In this role, you will work with product owners, developers, testers and architects across the software development lifecycle, shaping requirements and prioritising delivery within an Agile framework.

Qualifications

Experience as a Business Analyst within a software or technology environment.
Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.
Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio or Excel.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Understanding of APIs, databases, system integrations and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements.
Create user stories, process flows and functional requirements.
Work with stakeholders to identify impacts, risks and dependencies.
Support Agile ceremonies, backlog prioritisation and testing.
Collaborate across business and technology teams to support successful delivery.
