Job summary

Connexus is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive strategic and operational change across the organisation. You will bridge business and technology, understand needs, map processes and define clear, actionable requirements to deliver tangible outcomes for customers and colleagues.

You'll work across digital, technology and business improvement initiatives, collaborating with sponsors, leads and suppliers to ensure successful adoption of change and alignment with the Corporate Plan.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting technology, digital or business change initiatives.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis and documentation skills.
• Experience of process mapping, process improvement and business transformation.
• Deep knowledge and practical application of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements across a range of projects and change initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement sessions to understand business needs and desired outcomes.
• Lead process discovery, process mapping and process improvement activities.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, requirement specifications and other business analysis artefacts.
• Support solution evaluation, testing, implementation and business readiness activities.
• Work with project teams to ensure requirements remain traceable throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to governance, reporting and continuous improvement activities within the PMO.
• Support Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies, applying effective analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote continuous improvement, lessons learned and delivery excellence across the organisation.
