Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a technically oriented Business Analyst to join our Newcastle-based team. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, turning complex needs into clear, deliverable requirements and designs, across the full software delivery lifecycle.

You will work in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment, contributing to AI-enabled solutions and improvements in delivery efficiency while engaging with cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies and

Qualifications

Strong foundational business analysis skills including elicitation, analysis, documentation and validation.
Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for delivery teams.
Experience producing user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, process flows and data requirements.

Responsibilities

Define problems, explore options, and assess feasibility, risks and dependencies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify functional and non-functional requirements.
Produce artefacts including designs, process flows, rules and backlog items.
Analyse data to inform delivery decisions and validate assumptions.
Support change activities with communications and training materials.
