Job summary

The University of Exeter, a Russell Group university, seeks a motivated professional for BTS Systems Support. Hybrid working arrangement with on-campus and home-based tasks, focusing on core university business applications and system integrations.

You will engage with HR/Finance platforms and contribute to a high-performing IT services team. Ideal candidates have education to GCSE level with IT qualifications, and experience with large-scale business systems; ITIL qualification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Good standard of education including GCSEs in English and Maths.
• Experience with large-scale business systems (HR, Finance, CRM, or student records).
• ITIL Foundation qualification would be advantageous if pursued.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop core university business applications.
• Ensure integrations between platforms are supported and maintained.
• Collaborate with BTS Systems Support to align with Strategy 2030.
