The University of Exeter is inviting applications for an Education Support Assistant. This full-time role includes hybrid working after an initial six months, combining campus presence with home working, and starts at £28,029 on Grade C.

You will join the Education Support team on the Streatham campus to assist students and staff with administration and customer service. We are seeking dynamic individuals with a passion for administration and a commitment to excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative support.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work on campus part-time each week during training and manage workload during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice, guidance, and administrative support to students and staff.
• Collaborate within a cross‑Faculty team to support undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
• Have the flexibility to work across various service areas and Information Point locations within the University.
