Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Senior Design Project Manager to sit at the heart of a global creative function. You will own project delivery and stakeholder relationships, translating marketing objectives into creative briefs and proactively shaping requirements before they reach the design team.

The role combines project management with strong relationship management, requiring calm under pressure and the ability to challenge when briefs aren’t fully formed. Manchester-based with hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects within an agency, studio, or in-house creative environment.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into clear creative delivery requirements.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills with marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and relationships for a defined group of stakeholders from scoping through delivery.
• Proactively shape requirements before they reach the creative team; push back when briefs are incomplete.
• Translate business/marketing objectives into actionable briefs for designers and creative leadership.
• Maintain calm under pressure, manage multiple campaigns and BAU alongside larger projects.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resourcing pressures early with creative operations and traffic.
