Job summary

3Search is seeking a Senior Design Project Manager to sit at the heart of our global creative team. You will bridge marketing stakeholders and the creative group, owning both delivery and relationships for a defined set of partners.

The role requires proactive briefing, strong organisation and the confidence to challenge where briefs aren’t fully formed. You’ll work in a fast-paced, hybrid Manchester environment with international teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in an agency, studio or in-house creative environment.
• Able to translate marketing objectives into deliverables for creatives.
• Able to keep multiple campaigns and priorities moving with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and relationships from scoping through to delivery for a defined stakeholder group.
• Proactively shape requirements before they reach the creative team.
• Translate business objectives into briefs the creative team can execute.
• Balance BAU work with larger campaigns, flag risks early and manage resourcing.
