Job summary

RS UK & Ireland is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to help evolve the RS PRO brand proposition and go-to-market strategy across key product categories and markets. The role is based in Corby in a hybrid arrangement with flexibility to work remotely and from the Corby office.

You will act as a brand evangelist, support the five-year strategy, coordinate cross-functional campaigns with external partners, and ensure effective localization of communications to accelerate RS PRO growth.

Responsibilities

• Brand Champion: you will act as a brand evangelist and leading advocate to inspire the RS PRO global community, across the RS Group and across external channels.
• Brand Strategy: supporting the brand team in delivering the five-year brand strategy, ensuring all activity aligns with long term growth objectives. Supporting the SBM in day-to-day execution of the Brand plans.
• Campaign and go-to-market: working with cross functional teams and external marketing activation agencies to coordinate and execute the delivery of integrated TTL campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement across our key markets and regions.
• External Communication: working closely with internal and external agencies to support the development and delivery of branded communication. Executing with excellence the annual media activity across tier 1 markets to ensure the clear delivery of the RS PRO strategy, whilst driving effective and efficient localization.
• Internal Communication: you will support the implementation of a comprehensive communication plan to raise brand awareness, understanding and engagement with key RS PRO initiatives, the annual plan and strategy. You will work with the corporate communications team to deliver the right message to the right people, through the right channels, to drive clarity of message and cut through.
• Data and insight: you will be data driven, regularly analysing the data and trends, to unlock the why. Leveraging insights to inform how we should improve and accelerate RS PRO brand marketing activation and communication. You will support the brand marketing team in the delivery of regular brand and initiative performance reports.
