Responsibilities

• Act as brand evangelist to inspire RS PRO globally and ensure brand consistency in activation.
• Support brand team in delivering the five-year brand strategy and day-to-day execution of the Brand plans.
• Coordinate and execute TTL campaigns with cross-functional teams and external marketing activation agencies to drive brand awareness and engagement across key markets and regions.
• Support development and delivery of branded communication, executing annual media activity across tier 1 markets for RS PRO.
• Assist implementation of a comprehensive communication plan to raise brand awareness, understanding and engagement with RS PRO initiatives and annual plan.
• Analyze data and trends to unlock the why and inform improvements in RS PRO brand marketing activation and reporting.

The Opportunity

TheAssistant Brand Manager role provides an individual with an exciting opportunity to join the RS PRO marketing and brand team at a time of evolving the brand proposition and go-to-market strategy. You will play a part in accelerating the growth of the RS PRO brand across key product categories and markets. The role is critical to delivering the RS PRO marketing plan, supporting the launch of new product introductions, activating and communicating the RS PRO brand across these core markets.

What You Will Be Doing

• Brand Champion: you will act as a brand evangelist and leading advocate to inspire the RS PRO global community, across the RS Group and across external channels. Promoting awareness and understanding of the RS PRO brand, whilst ensuring brand consistency in activation and communication.
• Brand Strategy: supporting the brand team in delivering the five-year brand strategy, ensuring all activity aligns with long term growth objectives. Supporting the SBM in day-to-day execution of the Brand plans.
• Campaign and go-to-market: working with cross functional teams and external marketing activation agencies to coordinate and execute the delivery of integrated TTL campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement across our key markets and regions.
• External Communication: working closely with internal and external agencies to support the development and delivery of branded communication. Executing with excellence the annual media activity across tier 1 markets to ensure the clear delivery of the RS PRO strategy, whilst driving effective and efficient localization.
• Internal Communication: you will support the implementation of a comprehensive communication plan to raise brand awareness, understanding and engagement with key RS PRO initiatives, the annual plan and strategy. You will work with the corporate communications team to deliver the right message to the right people, through the right channels, to drive clarity of message and cut through.
• Data and insight: you will be data driven, regularly analysing the data and trends, to unlock the why. Leveraging insights to inform how we should improve and accelerate RS PRO brand marketing activation and communication. You will support the brand marketing team in the delivery of regular brand and initiative performance reports.
