Job summary

Xeinadin Group is seeking a Book-keeper in Bingham to provide bookkeeping services for a diverse portfolio. You will use cloud software such as Xero and Sage to maintain client records, process invoices and reconciliations, and support month-end activities.

The role requires strong attention to detail, effective client communication, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines across several clients in a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Strong bookkeeping and reconciliations experience.
• Experience managing multiple clients and competing deadlines.
• Proficiency in cloud accounting software (Sage 50, Xero).
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Knowledge of VAT and basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining client accounting records using cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage).
• Processing sales and purchase invoices, bank transactions, and journal entries.
• Performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns.
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end processes.
• Liaising with clients to resolve bookkeeping queries and obtain financial information.
• Supporting accountants with management and statutory accounts.
