Xeinadin Group is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our UK practice. You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients, deliver accurate financial records, and work autonomously while supporting the broader team.

Applicants should have prior bookkeeping experience in an accountancy practice, be proficient with Xero, and hold an AAT qualification or equivalent. Full-time and part-time applications are welcome, with a competitive salary.

Formación

• Previous experience as a bookkeeper in an accountancy practice.
• Proficiency with Xero and other accounting technologies.
• Good personal organisation and the ability to work to deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage your own portfolio of clients, completing bookkeeping tasks accurately and to deadline.
• Process data entry for the purchase and sales ledgers.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure tax compliance.
• Assist with the preparation of management accounts and reports.
• Process payroll for clients, using BrightPay where applicable.
• Maintain accounting software systems for clients, such as Xero.
• Build strong client relationships and offer trusted advice.
• Support ad hoc financial and administrative tasks.
