Qualifications

• Experience working on bids in the architecture, interiors, engineering or construction industry.
• Strong communication skills.

• Motivation and drive to help others.

Responsibilities

• Preparing excellent bid proposals for clients.
• Supporting project teams to meet deadlines.
• Organising marketing materials for winning proposals that meet company standards.
• Maintaining a database that includes CVs and case studies.
• Sitting with the rest of the bids team to review tender documents.
• Assisting with marketing strategies to support project teams.
• Working alongside national offices to support with further initiatives.
