Job summary

Bupa UK is seeking a Business Support Hub Adviser at Bupa Place, Salford Quays. The role is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours) with a salary of £26,600 and requires office-based work with potential for hybrid arrangements (2 days/week) after sign-off.

Qualifications

Excellent telephony and verbal communication, phone-based role.
Strong customer service experience with ability to build relationships.
Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a regulated environment.
Strong listening skills and adapt approach to customers.
Good numerical skills with invoices and accounts.

Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve queries via phone, email and webchat for B2B customers.
Build strong relationships with customers, brokers, account managers and internal stakeholders.
Own customer queries, issues and complaints; ensure timely, professional resolution.
Assist customers using Bupa Connect and resolve platform queries.
Manage inbound/outbound communications, meeting service standards.
Record interactions across relevant systems.
Develop understanding of Bupa products and digital tools to provide effective support.
