Job summary
AVI-SPL, Inc. is seeking a versatile AV/UC service engineer for a hybrid role covering the UK and Europe.
You will perform on-site diagnosis, repair and maintenance of audio visual and unified communications equipment at client premises, while coordinating with internal teams to capitalise on service opportunities. You will read schematics, interpret drawings, and perform timely service tasks, including cabling and hardware work, to uphold high standards of customer service and system
Qualifications
- Effective communicator with employees, customers, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrable knowledge of electronics, AV/VC/UC systems and related technologies.
Responsibilities
- Fault finding and repair of AV/UC systems at client premises.
- Develop relationships with clients to explore service contracts.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients and contractors on sites.
- Provide courteous, comprehensive, and assistive service to clients.
- Read and interpret electronic schematics and drawings.
- Perform service tasks including cabling and hardware installation/termination.
