Qualifications

• Experience in business systems, business analysis, applications or technology-focused role.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to investigate issues and propose practical solutions.
• Experience gathering, documenting and translating requirements into IT system / process improvements.
• Ability to understand data flows, integrations and automation opportunities.
• Experience with data, spreadsheets and information sets; ability to coordinate projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes, challenges and technology requirements with colleagues.
• Gather, document and translate requirements into practical improvements.
• Coordinate small technology projects and workstreams with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and standardise workflows.
• Improve connections and information flows between business systems.
• Support identification and delivery of responsible, practical AI use cases.
• Investigate data quality issues and help improve data accuracy and ownership.
• Support effective use and adoption of business applications.
• Coordinate user-support with MSP and address recurring problems through better processes or training.
• Coordinate security-awareness activities including phishing simulations and staff communications.
• Maintain documentation covering systems, processes, projects and responsibilities.
• Support readiness, communication, testing and adoption during technology changes.
• Initial projects include preparing information for planned file migration and improving data quality.
