Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance internal business systems and applications.

• Work alongside the lead systems architect to understand, maintain and develop existing platforms.
• Design and develop new functionality using appropriate technologies.
• Work directly with business users to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Analyse business processes and recommend improvements.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to solve real-world business problems.
• Utilise AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude effectively throughout development and problem-solving work.
• Produce clear technical documentation, technical designs and business recommendations.
• Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Take ownership of projects and work independently where required.
