Job summary

Dot Partners is seeking an Audit Assistant Manager to take greater ownership of audit assignments and work closely with senior team members. This role is ideal for someone moving from an Audit Senior position into management within a growing firm.

You will manage audits from planning to completion, supervise juniors, review papers, and ensure standards are met while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong audit experience within UK accountancy practice.
• Excellent organisation and project management skills.
• Proactive and commercially minded with ambition to progress into Audit Manager.

Responsibilities

• Managing audit assignments from planning through to completion.
• Taking responsibility for fieldwork and ensuring assignments stay on track.
• Supervising juniors and reviewing working papers.
• Identifying audit risks and ensuring they are addressed.
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements.
• Building relationships with client finance teams and stakeholders.
• Coaching and developing junior team members.
• Collaborating with Tax and Corporate Finance teams.
