Job summary

Pro Talent in Brighton is seeking an Audit Senior or Assistant Manager to lead audits in a hybrid role. You will plan, run and complete audits from start to finish across owner-managed businesses, charities and not-for-profits, with a mix of on-site and hybrid working.

You will review the work of semi-seniors and juniors, coaching them properly and maintaining client contact throughout the year. There is a clear path to Manager as the group expands, supported by training and structured

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or very close to it.
• Solid UK practice audit experience with genuine ownership of files.
• Comfortable being the person on site the client comes to.

Responsibilities

• Planning, running and completing audits from start to finish.
• Reviewing the work of semi-seniors and juniors, and coaching them properly.
• Working directly with clients through the year, not only at fieldwork.
• Involvement in accounts preparation alongside the audit work if that interests you.
