Job summary
Trading Technologies, a multi-asset platform for capital markets, is seeking an Associate Systems Engineer to join our Global Operations team in Belfast. You will handle Tier 1–2 support, triage break-fix issues, and perform initial troubleshooting in a 24/5 hybrid environment, focusing on Linux, Windows, virtualization, and AWS within a production SaaS platform.

Qualifications
- Associate degree or relevant certification in CS or related field.
- Foundational virtualization and OS knowledge.
- Basic scripting with Python or Bash preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 & 2 support and triage for tickets.
- Diagnose Linux/Windows, AWS, and hardware issues.
- Monitor and troubleshoot virtualization environments.
- Execute SOPs for standard operations.
- Maintain runbooks and assist with automation.
- Document issues and contribute to knowledge base.
- Participate in 24/5 rotation to cover shifts.
