AECOM is seeking an Associate Electrical Engineer to join our Water Team in the South of England with a flexible hybrid working model, based at one of our offices in Aldgate, Croydon, St Albans, Basingstoke or Exeter. You will contribute to multi-year water and wastewater frameworks, delivering innovative electrical and ICA design across key projects.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor engineers while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualificações

• Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in water and wastewater treatment.
• Chartered Member of a relevant Professional Institution.
• Proven expertise in producing, reviewing, and approving engineering reports, designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Problem-solver with ownership of technical issues and resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Electrical and ICA design: design/review electrical and ICA elements for water infrastructure and treatment projects.
• Delivery: feasibility studies, outline/detailed design, construction/commissioning support.
• Quality: ensure high technical quality, contribute to bids, maintain client relationships.
• Project management: manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Collaborate: work with multidisciplinary teams and clients to adopt solutions and enhance capability.
• Leadership: manage direct reports, mentor engineers, and support growth of team.
