Job summary

Foster & May Limited in Nottingham invites an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. You will work with Directors and the QS team across landscaping, commercial, mixed-use, private residential and education projects, helping to deliver cost reports, valuations and manage contractual risks.

The role requires a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS associated degree, APC focus, PQS consultancy experience, a valid driving licence and at least two years with a main contractor.

Qualifications

• Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS associated degree.
• APC focused.
• PQS consultancy experience.
• Car and driver's license.
• At least 2 years' experience working for a Main Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Produce cost reports and valuations.
• Help to manage contractual risks.
• Work with Directors and the QS team on multiple projects across sectors (landscaping, commercial, mixed-use, private residential, education).
