Job summary

Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd is partnering with an established North London property management business to recruit an Assistant Property Manager. The role offers hybrid working and a clear path to progress within block management, supporting experienced Property Managers with residential portfolios.

You will gain exposure to core block management areas, handle resident and stakeholder inquiries, and contribute to service charge processes while building your technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property or block management
• Understanding of service charges and Section 20 processes (basic)
• Strong organisational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day management of residential developments
• Respond to resident and stakeholder enquiries within service levels
• Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors
• Support service charge budgets and related processes
• Assist with Section 20 consultations and maintain records
• Help organise AGMs and resident meetings
• Track actions from inspections and meetings to ensure compliance
• Maintain accurate information in property management systems
• Provide a professional service to residents and stakeholders
