Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has strong numerical skills with high accuracy.
• Excellent MS Excel skills and ability to manipulate data.
• AAT qualification or working towards ACCA/CIMA is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end processes, including journals, accruals and prepayments.
• Prepare weekly cash flow figures for group submission.
• Produce WIP reporting for review by fee earners.
• Assist with monthly management information pack preparation.
• Manage supplier payments and customer receipts, including direct debit administration.
• Perform bank reconciliations and cashbook postings.
• Maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Monitor aged debt and prepare review reports.
• Process employee expenses and adhere to policy.
• Assist with payroll data checks and cross-team liaison.
• Provide broader support to the finance team.
