Cygnet Group in Kent (Kings Hill, ME19 4AE) is hiring an Assistant Management Accountant to join the Management Accounting Team on a full-time, hybrid basis. You will help prepare monthly site management accounts, dashboards, and financial analysis, supporting directors and managers with insights.

The role requires an AAT Level 2 and active progression toward Level 3, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum AAT Level 2 qualification with active progression toward Level 3.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Prepare dashboard packs and perform variance analysis with commentary.
• Prepare site monthly management accounts.
• Maintain, update and reconcile financial records with compliance.
• Prepare quarterly internal audit packs.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
• Collaborate with payroll and other departments to interpret results.
