Page Personnel is seeking an Assistant Accountant for a 2-year fixed-term contract in the Manchester area. The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the Wythenshawe office and 2 days remote, reporting to the General Ledger Accountant.

Key duties include supporting the month-end close, posting journals, completing reconciliations, and delivering KPIs. ACCA/CIMA/AAT qualification or qualified by experience is required, with the ability to commute to the office three days a week.

Qualifications

• ACCA/CIMA Studier or AAT qualified or qualified by experience.
• Experience with general ledger accounting and month-end close processes.
• Ability to post journals and maintain accurate ledgers.

Responsabilités

• Support month-end close and ensure ledgers close accurately by deadlines.
• Calculate and post journals to reflect financial performance.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations timely and accurately.
