Michael Page is recruiting for an Assistant Accountant in Manchester. The role combines hybrid working with 3 days in the Wythenshawe office and 2 days remote, supporting the Accounting & Finance function within a facilities management leader.

You will help maintain accurate financial records, assist with the month-end close, post journals, and review reconciliations. ACCA/CIMA/AAT candidates or those qualified by experience are invited to apply.

Qualificações

• Experience with general ledger accounting processes and month-end close.
• Ability to post journals and reflect financial performance accurately.
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the month-end close process and ensure ledgers are closed accurately and on time.
• Calculate and post journals to reflect financial performance.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
